This Leblanc Noblet D wood Bb clarinet plays a beautiful tone and is an excellent deal for a student looking to move into the sounds of a wood horn at a very reasonable price (serial #8375D on both upper and lower joints). It's been stripped, cleaned and oiled. In play-testing, we found every note to plays well from the lowest to the highest.

Other features are:

• The body overall is in beautiful condition with no cracks or chips
• The keys have been cleaned & oiled, and are in good condition. Some show a bit of wear and do not have a shine to them but they all work well
• All cork is in good used condition and all the parts fit together with no wobble
• 11 new pads; all other pads are in good used condition and all pads have been tested and seal well. Please note that during transport and shipping of a clarinet, due to atmospheric changes and other conditions not under our control, shrinkage and loosening of pads may occur. It is not common but it can occur
• NOTE* -- the bottom ring of the bell is missing (strictly cosmetic), and the barrel is a very nice wood replacement that fits perfectly
• All other rings are tight and the tone holes are clean
• Comes with a Woodwind Steel Ebonite mouthpiece in very good used condition. Includes both a Luyben & regular ligature, plus a new cap
• Comes in its original Leblanc case showing extreme wear but still perfectly functional

This one is truly a deal and we're pricing it under $300 because of cosmetic reasons. It's a good player with a warm tone and will be a great step up instrument or second horn for the woodwind doubler.
