Amati ACL-201 Student Bb Clarinet - Item# CL709 SOLD

This is the Amati ACL-201 Bb clarinet: This particular Amati has a wonderful sound for a beginning clarinet. In addition, it is free-blowing which makes it easy to play. A great choice for the student just getting started.

We've stripped, oiled, polished, and repadded where necessary (see below). This clarinet has a mat finish and is in very clean condition.

The serial number, 226520, is on both the upper and lower joints and the Amati logo is clear on all parts: upper and lower joints, bell, barrel, and mouthpiece.

All in all we feel it's a great value for a good looking and good sounding student clarinet.

Additionally:

The body is in very good used condition with no cracks
There is a miniscule chip on the lower tenon which does not effect its playability at all
The keys have a very nice polished look
All cork is in good used condition and all the parts fit together with no wobble or leakage
We've replaced 6 pads and all other pads are in good used condition and all seal well.
The spring tension is good throughout and all the tenon rings are tight
The tone holes are clean
Comes with an Amati 6 mouthpiece which is in very good used condition. Also included are ligature and cap
The case is in very good shape both inside and out

With this clarinet you'll be getting a really nice student instrument that apparently has been well cared for by its previous owner.
